Kristen is a partner at Proskauer Rose, one of the largest law firms in the United States, where she and her colleagues have been providing legal services to Shark Savers on a pro bono basis since our inception in 2007.
Kristen specializes in technology and privacy law. On the technology front, Kristen helps her clients use technology in their business, in particular the Internet and new media. Early on in her career, her technology practice naturally offshoot into another specialty, privacy, since privacy issues arise when companies use technology to communicate with their customers.
On the privacy front, Kristen helps her clients treat consumer data in compliance with applicable laws and standards. Kristen has had a personal passion for technology since her school days, and that passion has applied to her work and career as well. Kristen has become a well-known expert in her field and is ranked as such in all major lawyer ranking publications.
