Jennah Caster

Jennah is a passionate traveler, diver, photographer, and marine conservation enthusiast with a love for sharks. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California, with a minor in Digital Media-Based Imaging. Now she is working towards a Masters degree in Marine Affairs and Policy from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science.

Jennah has volunteered as a research diver for Global Vision International in Punta Gruesa, Mexico. In Greece, she worked as a PADI Divemaster for Divers Club Crete. After becoming an Open Water Scuba Instructor and AAUS scientific diver, she worked as a student dive leader for the University of Southern California’s inaugural Problems Without Passports scientific diving course in Micronesia.

After a course with Randy Olson through the University of Southern California, Jennah became inspired by conservation through film and digital media. This led her to create several short films and become a student coordinator for the Beneath the Waves Film Festival.

All of her passions and efforts have led her to intern with Shark Savers.
