Join Shark Savers in Hong Kong at the: Diving, Resort & Travel Expo in Hong Kong on July 16-18, 2010 You may have heard that Shark Savers has been busy in Hong Kong, lately. In June, we were there filming a short documentary video on shark fin soup and the people who have stopped eating it. We have also been developing a team of shark enthusiasts to help us expand the "Say 'no' to shark fin soup" campaign. As part of that, we will be playing a role at the Diving, Resort & Travel Expo this month to raise the flag of shark conservation. The debut of Shark Savers in Hong Kong coincides with the debut of the Diving, Resort & Travel Expo (the “DRT Show”) on July 16-18, 2010 at the Hong Kong Exhibition Centre. The DRT Show is one of the largest and most sought after events focused on diving, resort and travel held in Asia. The DRT show is an important diving, resort and traveling event for both trade and consumers. It is the only Dive Expo support by Hong Kong Underwater Association (HKUA) and China Underwater Association (CUA). We are also pleased to note that they are promoting conservation of the marine environment. Shark Savers will be there as part of that conservation effort to raise awareness for sharks and their need for protection. If you are in Hong Kong, please come to the show and visit us at Booth G52.
